Perfect 2023 Set
I bought this for my son and he loved it! We both admire the details and designs of each building in the set, especially the hotel. He connected this set with one of his other modular sets he has! It's a great set for a great reasonable price. However, unlike the other modular sets, there is not much room inside each building leaving little room for the mini figures. It would make the Lego set better if there was more room for more imagination and play. Overall, this is a really good set and I highly recommend it, especially for Christmas!

Lego Creator 3 in 1
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Upon opening, it seemed like a really cool Lego and the children were eager to get out all the bags and make a start at building. The instructions were relatively easy to follow but they weren't sure how they were to make all 3 builds. Once you open the numbered bags and use the pieces, there wasn't a way to know what pieces came from what bag when the time comes to disassemble one build and make another. There was a QR code, so this may have assisted with this issue, but the point of Lego for me was to get the kids away from devices and be more hands on and think for themselves. Once the model 1 build was finished, then the Lego was left and no longer played with.

Hours of fun
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My 11 year son's eyes lit up when he saw the lego set and said it was something he wanted for Christmas. He spent almost four hours in total building it. He loved the lego set and in particular liked the music shop with the musical instruments on top as my son loves music. Overall, it was fantastic for him as it kept him off his devices and had him concentrating on something that uses his brain and has him using his fine motor skills, patience and problem solving skills.

Fun build but ...
... would have good good to have had the clear panes for the 4 black windows used as the record boxes. That'd make alternative builds more flexible.
I'd bought this to mostly for work, wanting to make various small scenarios for discussions etc. (I work in a University) It's really good to have both a wheelchair and a hearing aid in the minifigs.

This means you and your child have various ways to play and provides hours of entertainment. This set can be used in conjunction with other sets to make your lego city larger and to expand your child's world.

Modular, urban, hip, 3-in-1 kit
This is a kit my oldest (who's 8) and I are currently working on.
It's certainly provided them with some good instruction-following practice.
The kit itself is very cool. Urban (perhaps a cheaper alternative to City models?), hip and modular, plus you get two additional builds, instructions included.
Highly recommended.

Creator Lego set

It’s great it can be put together 3 different ways to help express their interest and creativity! A great lego set. Would recommend for this age group.

Hours of fun building and playing
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The kids and I loved building this together. The instructions were easy to follow, and the Lego app helping you visualise the next steps of the build was helpful and made it more engaging for all when the kids took turns to build.
It was hours of fun to build and even more hours of creative play afterwards. They were impressed with the attention to detail in each room of this set. The many moveable accessories, unique minifigures and parts meant the kids were able to make up many different stories for play.
So far we have only built the High Street setup, but we love the idea of how versatile it is in being able to build 2 other city layouts so that if they ever get bored of this one they can change things up.
The only thing they wished could be different was that they would have liked to have at least one minifigure per room and for the rooms to be a bit larger so the figures had more room to move around when playing.
