Great build for all ages.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this Lego set for my kids who love Lego they are age 10 and 15. They love the Lego and the quirky characters they never watched the series until I got this Lego set. They love that you can have it 3 different ways and even I enjoyed helping them to build when they was stuck. I think the instructions book is so much better that it used to be as it used to come in 3/4 instruction books but this is just one which makes it easier especially for the children. They found the build exciting and it didn't take them half a day because of all the small bits but they was very impressed once it was done.

Excellent Build
Now calling this a nightmare ship may sound a bit scary, but it's really not, it's full of colours, quirky little characters and features, as well as a decent amount of build time, the build technique is a classic one and is built around the center expanding out so you tend to only start seeing how the build is after most of it is already done which could be frustrating for some, but not for our 9 and 11 year old who both love these builds.
If you like quirky fun builds then this is definitely a must for you, but if you prefer a classic look, then maybe not

Amazing build with lots of playability
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So this is a big build! My 10 year old son with some help from dad enjoyed building this together. It looks amazing and has some brilliant features, my son was particularly impressed with the hidden treasure chest and the hinged ribs/bed area. It’s colourful and would appeal to both boys and girls. Fits in great with other pieces from the Dreamzz range which is based on the popular Lego cartoon of the same name. Overall my son was very impressed with this set, and he has had so much fun playing with it and all the characters which were included. Added bonus is it can also be re worked into a slightly different build with a tank style ship so there’s definitely longevity in this set. Overall a great purchase and very impressed.

Super spooky nightmare ship
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] What a mighty ship ~ I got this for my nephew who was over the moon when he saw it!! The box is super grand and the ship didn’t disappoint either! It kept him occupied for hours and he kept updating us on every part he completed, was super proud and the smile on his face when he finished :D there are a lot of cool spooky parts to this ship, the colour theme is perfect and my favourite part is the caged bedroom like you are trapped in a nightmare! You can build either a ship or a ship on wheels, either way both look super cool.

Fabulous Ship of Multiple Designs
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Fantastic set with so many hidden areas to stimulate play, including hidden treasure chest which is released by pressing a lock. The shark ship was great fun to build and I love the way that once you have built the main shark carcass, you can then choose to build two different styles (sailing ship or off road truck ship). We built the sailing ship first and it was really easy to take back to the shark carcass to then build the off road truck. I particularly liked the ease of this, and the fact that you didn't have to take too much apart. Building the main ship took quite a lot of time as there were a lot of bits that were built to strengthen the ship and set up for the 2 ways of building, which is an excellent idea and much better than other sets that you have to start from scratch with to build. I love the vibrant colours which mean that it is a toy that both girls and boys can relate to. There were 7 mini figures in the set (if you count the monsters and Z-Blob) and following the arrival of this LEGO set, my son has really enjoyed the TV series. Instruction manual was great, even highlighting which shades of pink bricks to use and not use, which I thought was brilliant.

Great Addition to the Lego Line Up
This was such a fun build. It is not only a very interesting ship, but building it was so satisfying. I am a big lover of the Monkey Kid builds. This ship reminded me of that. Inventive ways of building and it was fun to put together from beginning to end. I bought it because I liked how unique it was. I am going to buy more of this line for the build experience. So fun!
