Easy Build, slight package annoyance
I really love how there is 2 options you can build stag or wolf. I bought 2 and built both. The stag is a nice and easy build. The wolf, took a little longer. This is because, you have to open all 8 bags and rummage through the entire 8 bags to build the wolf. Mildly inconvenient, but if you have a strong sorting system the build is nice and easy.
Only thing I can fault is the horns on the stag the little ones just sit in there, they don't clip in so they easily fell out when moving to shelf to disaplay. I resolved this by switching out a connector piece that I have in my spare lego cupboard from all my lego sets.

A handsome unique set
This handsome set ticks all the right boxes. It was fun to build, features new colors, and has great display value. I would love to see more unique designs like this one.

Shiny Blue Deer
My original plan was to build the wolf but in order to do so you have to open all eight bags and rummage through them to find the pieces you need and my desk space simply wasn’t big enough. Other than that the build itself was fine- though the stand is a little wobbly. Maybe I’m just not putting it on right.
Shipping came earlier than expected which was great, as for the price I did see it about $15 cheaper in a shop, so I suppose it comes down to whether or not you can FIND the set in a shop. The photo attached was an attempted size comparison with my rather battered 10year old copy of the book, so hopefully you’ll get the rough size.

Extremely Underrated!
This set is so underrated, I have 2 so I could build both styles, I really hope to see this line expanded. Snape's Doe Luna's Hare would be such cool additions.
Only issue I have is that I wish they used more translucent blue outside with solids inside. Make it looks more ethereal versus physical

The transparent parts is very attractive
I choose the deer to build, it was a little bit disappointed about the legs, the parts of thigh, it has turntable square base to support it, but the calf just using a holder to support the whole weight. Why not using fork parts? It's hard to stand to display without the display stand.

I haven't opened or built it because it's a Christmas gift. (I actually bought 2 - one for my daughter and one for my sons girlfriend) It is a good size - a little larger than I thought! (which is a good thing) I think they will be thrilled with it!

Amazingly detailed lego (wow!)
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We built this product together with my daughter (soon 10years old). We picked the wolf and need to say it was quite stressful to find correct parts when they were all around in 8 bags (if I understood correctly the deer would have been easier and more organized :D ). The building itself did go super well and even it took time, my daughter had plenty of playing breaks during it. Unfortunately it seems few pieces were missing in wolf, or of course can be we lost them during building, but we were able to use some other quite a similar parts and continue building. However long story short - The finished product is absolutely amazing <3
