My Daughter loves it!
My daughter got this set from her grandparents for her 10th birthday along with Dumbledore's office. It looks just like the scene from the book and movie. My daughter loves playing with this set with her 8 year old sister. We will definitely buy more Harry Potter sets for her in the future.

This set is great!
People need to stop hating on this Lego. It’s quite large for its size, and though it does not have many details, it makes it a great area to play and stick people!

Fun, but too expensive!
This set is fun to build and has some nice features that I’m looking forward to incorporating into the rest of the castle, but, as other reviewers have noted, the price is very high for what you get. I would recommend IF it’s on sale or if you have VIP points.

needed for larger build
To be honest the build was not overwhelming, The finish is not super, but I needed it for my larger castle build. If you were looking to buy as a stand alone piece I would skip over to some of the other pieces.
