Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing build + awesome look! This is the first large-scale building set I’ve purchased. The build was very fun and took me 2 long sessions of putting it together allowing me to savour the thrill of the build. I appreciate the minimalism of the instructions, makes me happy as a customer that Lego is being more environmentally conscious about their product. The end product was awe-inspiring, I can’t stop staring at it, I just love it. The inside is easy to view as all 3 levels of the building are easy to remove from each other and let’s you view the inside to appreciate the awesome detail put into this set. Hats off to Justin Ramsden for this incredible design, I am so stoked I got this set!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A gorgeous 5/5 I'll keep my review short. I did not buy this set for its Marvel theme, but because it is in my opinion an amazing modular building to add to my city moc. It is just pure epicness. Some reviews have pointed out the fact that America Chavez minifig was missing from the set. Well, you know what, while I liked her character in Multiverse Of Madness, I just don't really mind not having her in this specific set. for like I said, I did not buy it for it's Marvel aspect. I love the fact that the green variation is matching the Hotel Cafe green variation. It's gorgeous, and it's heavy, and it's different, and that's how I like my modulars. 5 out of 5 for me, no doubt whatsoever on that.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from My Honest Review of the LEGO Sanctum Sanctorum As pleasing and aesthetic as this set was, it did have quite a few little things which bugged me a little. What I liked about this set was, it looks absolutely magnificent especially in sunlight. The majority of minifigures were very detailed. The build experience certainly wasn't my favorite but not doubt, it was fun. There were just small things that the designer could have added such as stairs to the top floor and roof. I also thought that the grand staircase did conquer quite a bit of space. I would have appreciated if Wanda did have printing on her legs, Strange's hair could have been brown as it was in the movies and Wong looked a little more like he did in the films.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Wonderful modular build filled with references. As of writing this I own 3 LEGO sets, however I grew up with many, many more than that. As a new, adult collector the smaller playsets do not entice me so I look out for the 18+ Marvel sets. The Sanctum may just be my absolute favourite of the three I own, I love the references to a multitude of MCU films, the building process was refreshing and entertaining, it took me about 6 hours to complete with me averaging 20 minutes a bag. The minifigure selection is great however an America Chavez, Ancient One and Kaecilius would have been absolutely lush to have as well. The modular aspect works wonders with the previous year's Daily Bugle. As of right now I can only hope we get more modular buildings under the Marvel brand as these are wonderful products that I love.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Very good, not great. I’m loving that Lego is continuing a sub theme of Marvel specific modular builds. The build process of this was fairly straightforward and I appreciate that there were no multiple bags for any of the 18 stages. Mini figs included were good but could’ve had more (I mean this is a property with endless possibilities, even narrowing it down to Dr Strange movie appearances). The removable and customizable plates are a nice new feature but the inclusion of them in a corner build where they either face the back or alley way adjacent to a building in a larger city makes the display value suffer. With the recent insane inflation rates it’s a bit of a steep purchase to make but for Marvel or even modular fans it’s still a great addition to your collection.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Marvel, great modular - what's not to love? If you're a Marvel fan, this is a tremendous set. It's a great model of the Sanctum, packed with fun Easter eggs, dense with details, and with some really fun options for play and display. Minifigs are not my thing personally, but the ones in here are fun and work well with the set. If you're a modular fan, this is a tremendous set. It's a beautiful exterior display that - if you put the minifigs and the monsters away - blends in with the rest of the modular collection absolutely seamlessly. It even provides something that I feel my modular city is oddly lacking in: housing! If you're a Marvel AND a modular fan, it's hard to imagine sets getting much better than this.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Phenomenal Set I ordered this set right as it came out on august first and it arrived 4 days later. It took be about 9 hours to build and I was not disappointed. The set looks amazing next to the daily bugle and I love the new line of marvel Modulars. My one and only complaint are how the minifigures lack a little bit but besides that the set is great. I did add a few additions to some of them as you may notice in the attached pictures. The outside of the sanctum is very beautiful with the sand green texture on the top floor and the tiles connecting right into the daily bugle but the interior is my favorite part. The top floor is dedicated to a whole bunch of cool relics and pieces which I find really interesting. I also love how to middle floor has cool details like the gargantos, the staircase, the bookshelf, and that cool door play feature with the different backgrounds. I also enjoy that portal design which leads to the time stone. I found interesting the idea of making the building a corner building. It makes it so it can include a lot more detail on the side and a cool edition to a lego city. I found the detail on this set amazing and the play features very cool. I recommend this set to any big marvel fan.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great Build, Lacking Figs This is an amazing build with great detail and easter eggs, no doubt. I had fun building as I do with most modular sets. Marvel Modular may be the best thing to happen to Marvel Lego. My main gripe....the figs. There aren't enough...(see Daily Bugle with 20+ figs, only like $100 more). I also feel like the figs provided could have been more exclusive, especially Wong and Doctor Strange. Figs they could've added....America Chavez, the Ancient One, Kaecilius, Thor, Loki, Bruce Banner, Cull Obsidian, Christine Palmer....maybe some spidey villains. Just feels like for this price point and given precedent, this should've been a 12-14 fig set.
