Rated 5 out of 5 by from Nice set Overall this set was fun to build. Out of the 2 cars the McLaren is definitely my favorite. The other car does nothing for me, and should have been replaced with a more luxurious sports car. The second car is the 2nd car in my inventory that didn't use the center black lego piece in which to build the car. Most cars in the Speed Champions series the cars use the center piece to build the car around it. The 2nd car doesn't, you build the car and the suspension using lego pieces to build the car. Both sets come with a small set of stickers and those need to be put on using Windex and hobby tweezers because some of the stickers are very small. Enjoy the build.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Incredible Set! I absolutely loved this build. After doing a few Speed Champion sets you start to anticipate how they come together, but the Solus GT had so many interesting and innovative build techniques it was anything but predictable. The F1 LM was a bit more like the traditional builds, but still had some fun techniques. It also had more stickers than the Solus, so you may want to have some tweezers nearby for precision placement. Easily one of my favorite builds so far this year!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good set lifted by the F1 While I liked building both cars the Solus does nothing for me, it really should have been a P1 to go with the F1. The F1 LM is fantastic and would have been worth it as a single car pack.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great set for the price This was great build. A lot of little pieces proved to be a little challenging for my fingers. I tried to stretch the build out but once I started on one car I had to put the second one together.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awesome Build Building these cars was a blast. The Solus GT was very cool to build as it didn't come with the standard starter chassis like all the others. The F1 was my favorite one to build because of it's unique design features. The design looks really good and very detailed. It's for sure the best speed champ car I've built and I have a collection of 9. I highly recommend this to anyone, especially McLaren fans!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent parts I was excited for the new molds that are included in this set. It is full of rare parts, especially in orange. I bought this exclusively to take it apart and re-use the parts in my own creations and am very happy with it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Value From a dollar per piece count, this is a great deal. The Solus is surprisingly a fun build, while F1 is a fantastic representation of the actual car. My daughter loves the orange. my only critque on the F1 is that lego should supply an extra 1x4 orange tile to give the option to remove the spoiler. the spoiler is too bulky compared to the actual car, even though the actual car has a spoiler.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Horrible! I have to say I'm surprised with number of good reviews this set has received. While the Solus GT went together easily enough, the F1 did not. The front end doesn't fit properly. I dismantled and rebuilt it four times trying to get it to fit, it just didn't want together. If fell to pieces at every attempt. Finally I decided to add a single orange block to each side, steps 94-95. This was the only way I could get the front end together. I shouldn't have to modify a kit in order to make it work. Very disappointed!
