Meh
Only bought for the figures, there is too much grey. Most of the piece count comes from the base.

Missed opportunity
While I love these new figures to be incorporated into my collection, I felt this build was boring and dull. I could think of 3 things that could have easily made this a much better and much more fun set to build.

Enjoyable Build
When I first saw this release I thought it looked pretty meh. A big gray square.
I still wanted it tho- the minis- and the fact I’m a sucker for the scene reenactment sets.
Anyway. I was very surprised that I loved building this. It’s more interesting than it appears. Kind of hard to explain outside of that.
As far as the price. I think it’s spot on for licensed sets. Ned-b is a cool robot, and you get 3 other minis besides that. Value is there, imo.
My toddler likes to make the fire pop up. And it looks cool on my shelf. So win/win on that aspect lol.

Overprized and bad
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s just a plate with some details on it. Really isn’t worth it!

This is my favorite Star Wars set of 2022.
This set is not phenomenal, but it's still very good. I will never understand the negativity this set got at first, but seems like more people are starting to understand how solid this set actually is. This is my favorite SW set of 2022, let me explain why.
While the build could look a little better and be different color, main draw of this set is minifigures and they are absolutely perfect. You get brand new Darth Vader, Brand New Obi-Wand and also, this is only set so far that includes NED-B minifigure. This is not the same Darth Vader, that was in older sets. This one has brand new face print, that resembles Prequels Anakin and that alone makes it new in my opinion.
Like i said build could be little bit better, but the way fire comes out, i actually really well done. This set is particularly good for people who have never had Darth Vader and Obi-Wan minifigures. I'm one of these people. I started collecting few months ago and missed out on lots of older sets. In that regard, this set is absolutely perfect. Because usually sets with Darth Vader, cost over 100 dollars, this one is way less. I would absolutely recommend this set to anyone who wants to get Darth Vader with brand new face print, brand new Obi-Wan Kenobi and NED-B (NED-B design is amazing by the way).

Potential
This set has good mini figs. People can say what they want about its price...But the true value of this set is for Moc build. People miss the fact that this thing is great for pieces to Build moc starwars bases and Bunkers (perfect additions to clone army building fans)...ship add ons etc. Some sets it's all about imagination and potential despite how its supposed to be and if you ask me this is a perfect example of that.

Not as bad as anticipated
Really happy with the minifigs and playability with this set. The features make the set much more dynamic to play with than your average set at this price. Not that great for display unless you have all of the minifigs interacting on the base. Not as bad as people made it out to be, definitely not as bad as some other recent sets in terms of value for interactivity.
